How to Order from Seychelles Designs

Paying by Credit Card If you would
like to pay by credit card then please use the shopping basket facility.
Simply choose which plating (gold or silver) and which colours of
crystals or pearls you require then click on Add to Basket. You will
then be directed to the Paypal secure online payment site where you
can complete your order. For more information on Paypal click the
image below.
Paying by Cheque If you would
prefer to pay by cheque, then simply download a postal
order form. Please state the name of the item you want to order
and whether you would like the wire to be gold plated or silver plated.
Then state which shades you want the crystals or pearls to be. Please
then fill in the amount of postage using the guide below and send
to: Seychelles Designs, 14 Ken Cooke Court, East Stockwell Street,
Colchester, Essex CO1 1FF.
Additional Requirements If you would like to ask any questions about any of the tiaras or would like to suggest an alteration to any of the designs, then please email me at liz@seychellesdesigns.co.uk. If you would like different coloured crystals to those stated then please email me as I can probably order in the colours you need. Delivery Information Please allow between four to six weeks for tiaras and multiple orders to be delivered. For smaller orders and individual items of jewellery please allow between two to three weeks. But if you have a more urgent deadline, let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you! Price Guide for Postage and Packaging Items costing less than £29.99 will be sent by Recorded Delivery. All other items will be sent via Special Delivery. Prices below apply to UK customers. I am very happy to hear from overseas customers - please contact me and I will advise you of postal charges.
Returns Returns are accepted within seven days of receipt of the goods. All items must be unworn and in the same condition as they were sent. Seychelles Designs will issue a full refund for the price of the items excluding the postage costs. If you request a refund please contact me within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
